Boyd Avenue Coaching is for people who are serious about changing their lives through strength training.

This coaching service is based within the fundamentals of strength training and general health and well being. I am well aware and versed on all the science out there. Those motherfuckers are delusional. They are also victims of analysis paralysis.

They nerd out on all this broad scientific information but they are small and look like shit.

I am a practitioner. The gym is my lab. I spent years testing, refining, editing in order to figure out the secrets of training.

These science dudes are credentialed up. I admire a lot of the ones that are. But…

I don’t give a fuck about that and neither do you. What I do give a fuck about is you giving it your 100%. What YOU give a fuck about is getting results.

I cannot GIVE you discipline. That is a personal decision. I can teach you HOW to be disciplined.

Do not sign up for coaching if you are on the fence with changing your life. If you sign up for my coaching the expectation is that you will be compliant with the way that I train.

Do not sign up for coaching if you do not have access to a gym or are too cheap to purchase a gym membership. If you are the type of person who thinks $10 is too expensive to sign up for a membership and change your life you are not the person I want to work with.

During our time together you will:

  • Track your macros
  • Track your progress through pen/pencil and paper
  • Engage in programming specialized for you based on a questionnaire you answer
  • Lift weights
  • Work your ass off.
  • Give it your all

If you are signing up for fat loss you will be expected to do the required amounts of cardio, no questions asked.

You will also be expected to weight train via squat, bench, barbell row, military press & deadlift if no prior injuries prevents this.

If you are signing up as a hardgainer or someone who’s focus is putting on muscle. You have to understand that it takes patience and consistency to build muscle.

This is natural strength training and it takes TIME to get the results you seek. If you have an issue with that then go somewhere else.

I have been training for 6 years and it took a hell of a long time to get to where I wanted to be.

I started out at 145lbs and it was not pretty. I was weak and pathetic looking. I had to be realistic about what was needed to get to where I wanted to go.

Whether you are a hardgainer or a fat piece of shit, it takes the same go getter attitude to make it to your destination.

And guess what? It takes even more discipline to keep the gains you have made.

MINDSET is the most important factor here.

Contrary to conventional business models I do not want repeat customers. I want you to give it your all, get educated while doing so in order for you to be independent of me or any other trainer/coach out there.
